2014 was an incredible year for Park First with occupancy
across its Glasgow Airport sites surpassing 90% most weeks!
Demand soared in 2014 and we invested in sites to maintain
their market-leading edge. Car Park 2 Glasgow International
Airport, underwent a full refurbishment and makeover with a
space age new waiting room for passengers, as well as new number plate
recognition cameras to ensure speedy checks and fast getaways.
To keep up with demand, a third Glasgow
Airport Parking site from Airlink Group in an excellent location very
close to the airport. Car Park 3 first opened in 1993 and has a
fantastic regular client base so it’s set to be another fantastic product
for your clients.

Exciting news to kick off 2015 – Car Park 3 is on sale to
investors from today!
“The site is currently being given the five star Park
First treatment – there’s a full refurbishment underway with new offices,
CCTV, new tarmac surfacing and another space age waiting room” added Tom
Roberts of FJP Investment Ltd.
Spaces on Car Park 3 will be available for a starter
price of just £20,000 as an introductory special offer.
This will increase to the schedule standard price of
£25,000 on 1 April 2015.
