Storepods are valued from £3,750 for a 25 Sq/Ft Pod, up to to £22,500 for a 150 Sq/ft unit. The most common sizes measure at 75 Sq/Ft with a price of £11,250 and the 100 Sq/Ft that price £15,000. 

We believe the Storepods are cost effective as a property investment with the best yields on the market nowadays. Multiple Storepods can be purchased as a single Title Deed registered at Land Registry.

The Store First Investment offers investors a long-leasehold (minimum 250 years) on a storage unit, who then enter into a 6 year agreement to sub-let their Storepods to Store First Management Ltd. Store First Management will then sublet the units, according to the license, to businesses and ordinary individuals.
